Job description / Role
A well known retail company is currently looking for a HR Manager to be based in Dubai. This is a standalone role with a responsibility to will drive a performance driven & healthy culture along with supporting the business to deliver people-related processes, vision and strategy across the company.
Other responsibilities will include:
• Ensure motivated and happy staff.
• Manpower Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting.
• Ensure all the Legal Compliances related to HR are up to date at Office & stores.
• Ensure timely and correct salary pay outs in liaison with Finance teams
• Timely amendments and ensuring adherence to the HR Policies.
• Hiring Right candidate within the Budget and in given timeframe.
• On boarding.
• Clarity of role/ JDs and KPIs.
• Competitive Compensation and benefits.
• Talent review, Succession planning
• Competitive Reward and Incentive structure
• Leadership and employee development
• Enabling technology
• HR data and analytics.
• HR best practices to support business strategy and growth
• Performance Management Reviews
• Make the company a Great Place to Work
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• With more than 10 years of general experience of which, at least 3 years in a management role
• Have experience in setting up the HR department
• Have experience in writing policies and procedures
• Strong knowledge of the UAE labour law
• Extensive experience in general HR function
