• Set, review, improve and guarantee the application of all HR policies

• Recruitment: plans, recruitment of best possible resources, with all probation periods, evaluation, papers, visa, insurance, material (and discharge), full induction/on-boarding process
• Performance appraisals
• Employees’ training & development
• Disciplinary actions and employees’ dismissal
• Salaries grading and payments
• Attendance and leaves policy and monitoring
• Employees’ training and development
• Employees’ expenses
• Employees’ travels
• Team building initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in: (or/and)
• Business Administration
• Human Resources
• 8+ years in Human Resources
• A minimum of 2 years as HR Manager
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR in the UAE
• Recruitment of Managers, Directors
• Disciplinary actions’ implementation
• Multicultural employees’ management
• In a hybrid (work from home & office) environment
• HR policies & processes
• Recruitment process: multi-channels, multi-countries, from hiring to on-boarding
• Salary grading, payment
• Employees’ incentive schemes
• Performance review
• Organization changes
• Talent review
• Succession planning
• Leadership and employee development
• Disciplinary actions
• Employees’ motivation: actions and measurement
• UAE labor laws
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
