Charterhouse is excited to be working with an innovative, high growth management consultancy to hire an HR Manager to help drive their Middle East expansion.

The business currently has a headcount of just over 100 staff globally and would ideally like to continue to grow aggressively across the Middle East. This a 360 HR Manager role reporting into the Partners and working closely with stakeholders and ideally our client is looking for someone who can lead on all operational HR activities whilst also being involved in the wider leadership aspects of the business. This individual will provide assistance and development of key strategic HR projects and process improvements in areas such as performance management, compensation, talent acquisition, staff well-being and culture initiatives. With offices in the UK, Saudi Arabia and the Head Office based in Dubai, this role requires someone with strong Middle East experience and experience in the UK would be a distinct advantage.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you should have further education within Business Studies/HR or a similar field with 6-8 years’ experience working in HR. You should have excellent English language skills both written and verbal. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law would be extremely beneficial as well as an HR qualification. This role is ideally for someone who wants a challenge and the opportunity to grow with the organisation.
