Charterhouse is excited to be working with an innovative organisation within the architectural industry who is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager in their Dubai Office, whilst managing HR globally across Dubai, Saudi Arabia and UK. They are proud to be a well reputable and award-winning organisation with outstanding projects globally.

The business has a headcount of over 80 staff and would ideally like to continue to grow across the Middle East.

In this position you will work closely with the Managing Director to lead, coordinate and develop the HR Procedure whilst building talent, leading the recruitment process, talent management and retention. Our client is looking to hire a HR Manager who can lead all operational HR activities whilst also being involved in the wider leadership aspects of the business.

The successful candidate will provide assistance and development of key strategic HR projects and process improvements in areas such as performance management, talent acquisition, staff well-being and culture initiatives.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have further education within Human Resources with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a Senior HR Role. With offices globally, this role requires someone with strong Middle East knowledge. Work experience in UK would also be a distinct advantage.

Due to the nature of the role, you should have outstanding English communication skills with strong leadership and people management skills. It is essential that you have excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law to ensure that these are being followed.
