Employment: Full Time

Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing the HR function, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives. This role involves overseeing recruitment, talent development, employee relations, and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a talent pipeline.
- Address employee concerns, disputes, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Facilitate workshops on HR policies, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
- Provide guidance to managers on addressing performance issues and recognizing achievements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee development plans.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and employment regulations in the UAE.
- Ensure HR practices align with organizational values and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the finance department to manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
- Administer employee benefits and address queries
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular surveys to measure employee satisfaction and implement improvement plans.
- Organize employee events and recognition programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files and databases.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Manage documentation related to employee contracts, leaves, and other HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage work permit and visa processes for expatriate employees.
- Collaborate with legal counsel on HR-related matters.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Proven experience in HR management, including leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems.
