Position Title: HR Manager
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: up to 30K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus yearly bonus and salary increment
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

A well-established company in the consumer goods industry providing service to an international reach.

Job Description:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote compliance, mitigate risks, and foster a positive employee experience.
• Lead the development of HR budgets and forecasts, considering factors such as compensation, benefits, recruitment costs, and training expenses.
• Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and employer branding initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and retention through the design and implementation of targeted programs and initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and employees.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to European nationalities
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR Management roles
• Strong commercial background, financial forecasting and planning
• Experience in high-pressure, multi-cultural environment
