HR Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Nurture a positive working environment and promote company culture
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements

- Current Location: Dubai
- Language Fluency: English
- Nationality Preference: Filipino preferably
- Gender Preference: Female
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR executive roles
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
