Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a retailer who has a strong presence in Dubai and offices acroos the GCC. Our client is looking to hire an Arabic speaking HR Manager who will support a rapidly growing population both locally and remotely.
You will be involved in setting up the HR function from scratch and building the HR team. This role will involve some travel to other stores as you will be required to assist in new openings whilst supporting the business in all aspects of HR. As the company grows, your role will develop and you will be tasked with building a team of HR professionals to support the business.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated with a solid HR Generalist background. You should have recent experience in the fashion retail industry and be fluent in Arabic. It is essential you have previous UAE work experience.
