HR Manager - Boutique Consulting Dubai, U.A.E
A Boutique Consulting in Dubai is looking to hire an HR Manager, this will be an exciting opportunity to have a leading role in one of the prestigious firms. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
She will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues.
Duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Can start immediately
• BSc/BA in business administration, social studies, or relevant field; further training will be a plus
• Female
• Arabic Speaking highly preferred but not mandatory
• Understanding of UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proven experience as HR Generalist/manager
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
