Job description / Role
The HR Manger is responsible for leading and managing operational HR as well as providing professional strategic and tactical services that are aligned with the Regional and Global HR Strategy. You will use insight and expertise to advise, influence and execute both the business and people objectives including identifying and executing strategic initiatives that will enable business performance i.e. talent management, engagement and performance. You will ensure that all HR requirements in the country are met and understand the business beyond the HR function to ensure superior operations and business outcomes.

Requirements
We are looking for commercial HR professional who can communicate at all levels, demonstrate flexibility and drive forward business improvements. You will have a successful track record of leading complex projects that require coordination of work, managing multiple stakeholders, consensus-building, problem resolution and execution Change management skills and experience of driving cultural change projects would be an advantage.
