Job description / Role
One of the region's leading luxury retailer is looking to hire an HR Manager (Rewards & Systems) to be based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the Compensation and Benefits, payroll and the HR system functions for the internal customers Developing the overall HR Department's annual strategy and plan
* Lead the annual salary review and bonus allocation process
* Maintaining effective relationship with stakeholders to promote excellent customer service
* Monitor HR system usage and reports
* Ensures effective departmental performance
Requirements
Key requirements:
* Must have a degree in HR/Business Development, Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university
* Experience in compensation and benefits and administration
* Relevant Regional Payroll Management Experience
* Ability to audit and maintain high quality standards
* Knowledge of the UAE Labor Law
