Job description / Role
Charterhouse are delighted to be working exclusively with an incredible technology organisation, to support them through their next growth phase of this diverse and exciting start-up. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Human Resources Manager, to build the HR function from scratch and support the growth plans across their offices in the UAE, India and Singapore.
This role will require someone who is an experienced 360 HR Manager and is able to design and implement HR strategy that will be in line with the business growth goals as well as evaluate the current set up of the policies and procedures, and suggest improvements.
You will be someone that oversees recruitment across all office locations, creating a seamless on-boarding process whilst ensuring an outstanding corporate culture is being created.
Performance management, stakeholder management and exceptional organisational and communication skills are essential for this role.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you should have further education within Business Studies/HR or a similar field with 5-8 years’ experience working in HR, ideally with experience within a start-up or technology based organisation. You should have excellent tech skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and UAE Benefits are key.
