Job description / Role
Charterhouse is looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our growing team. This role will require someone who is interested in hands-on HR administration as well as recruitment and marketing support.
This role will assist with recruitment activities such as job posting, screening and formatting CVs, arranging interviews and working closely with consultants and the HR/Admin team. In addition, this role will support the HR team with various administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, scanning and filing documents, arranging travel plans, and updating organizational charts.
In conjunction, this role will also conduct regular file audits to ensure that all records are maintained and compliant. Additional responsibilities will include helping with team social events, marketing, and involvement in social media strategies, as well as working closely with the management.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Marketing. Alternatively, candidates currently pursuing their qualifications will also be considered.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a busy office environment as well as strong organisational skills, a structured style of working, good analytical skills, a strong knowledge of MS Office, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Please note that only candidates currently living in the UAE will be considered.
