Job description / Role
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department.
• Monitor manpower
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and make sure Data are up to date.
• Conducting HR Company orientation
• Participate in developing Job Descriptions.
• Assist with the implementation of the performance management system that is conducted on an annual base or at the end of a new employee probationary period.
Requirements
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Work experience required: minimum 6 year experience in the same position.
• Full knowledge of the UAE labour law and specially Abu Dhabi.
• Holds UAE driving license.
