Position Title: HR Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
A reputable institution in Abu Dhabi offering first-rate private education.

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to acquire talented individuals aligned with organizational needs.
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and create a fair and transparent workplace.
• Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills, foster professional development, and support organizational growth.
• Implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and work with managers to enhance employee performance and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:
• 35 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role in a school
