Job description / Role
A growing real estate company based in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for an HR Officer who will oversee the day to day HR activities in the office including recruitment, employee relation, performance management and general HR administration. This is a stand alone role and will report directly to the General Manager.
The working hours of the company is from 9AM to 6PM, Sunday through Thursday and 9AM to 3PM on Saturday.
Requirements
To be considered for the role, you should be a degree holder with minimum 2 years of general HR experience. You should have a knowledge of the UAE labour law and familiar in the different functions in human resource management.
As this is a stand alone role, the person should be able to manage all the tasks independently and initiate and make follow up on various HR projects.
You should be an organized person with a strong eye for details and has the ability to think out of the box. Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
