Job description / Role
Hr Operation / Admin up to 6k Aed for a Leading Fmcg Company in Dubai
• Provide administrative support for HR executives
• Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
• Oversee the payroll and performance evaluation systems
• Working closely in drafting, creating all forms of company communications
• Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
• Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
• Help in payroll management, preparation and payment
• Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
• Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
• Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
• Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field
• At least 3 years of experience in overall HR Operation experience
• Familiar with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS and payroll tool
• Excellent in both verbal and written communication skills
• Strong background in providing administrative services and employee relationship management
• Advance knowledge in creating letters, memos and all company communications
