Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Lead and drive the development of an efficient and effective HR Services function that delivers relevant, cost effective and consistent HR services to the business. Lead HR Services change projects to ensure effective regional implementation and drive communication to relevant stakeholders. Will be responsible for the management, development and deployment of staff to ensure that performance targets and objectives of the team are achieved, in line with the overall global HR Service objectives.

Requirements

Professional/technical experience
The ideal candidate will have a One HR mentality and a demonstrated understanding of HR Operations and process thinking.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of HR IT Systems (SAP).
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Stakeholder Management, Change Management and Change Agility.

Managerial experience

- The ideal candidate will have experience leading diverse teams.

Academic and professional qualifications

- The ideal candidate will have a business-related degree.

Language skills

- The ideal candidate will be proficient in both written and verbal English.

Personal attributes

- The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ethical background in terms of Values and Beliefs.

- The ideal candidate will possess management and leadership skills, demonstrable in the HR Services model.

- The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and be confident in interacting with senior stakeholders.

- The ideal candidate will have experience successfully working within a global matrix structure.

- The ideal candidate will be a strong team player.

- The ideal candidate will have sound decision making skills and be able to problem solve complex issues.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to negotiate and influence others including senior stakeholders.
