As the HR Projects Specialist you will lead the development and implementation of key projects and initiatives of People & Performance.

Description
The Key responsibilities will include:
Performance Management
* Design, roll out and manage best in class performance management framework and a suitable PM platform
* Facilitate the goal setting process across the company including the cascade of KPIs from N/N-1 Scorecards to N-2s through the PM Platform; ensuring strategic and departmental objectives are cascaded, while managers establish/ agree relevant KPIs at each employee level
Organizational Development
* Manpower Planning & Budgeting
* Job Analysis & Validation
* Define, Develop and Implement organisation structure across the company.
Reporting & Analysis
* Analyse past and present data to forecast future outcomes by identifying patterns, irregularities, and correlations.
* Design framework and system for tracking and generating insights on HR key Metrics
* Design Executive Summary Dashboard as per the management requirements
Total Rewards Management:
* Manages the Comp & Ben for the company that align with the company's strategic plan; lead the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, and procedures
* Assess JE scores for unique roles and ensure alignment with the compensation and benefits structure.
* Conduct periodic benchmarks around the pay philosophy, assess competitive advantage in relation to the peer group to remain competitive and conform to current compensation strategy
* Design and regularly review variable pay/commission plans in a way that results in highly rewarding top performance across the group
* Review proposed salary actions to assure conformity with established policies, guidelines, and pay equity laws
People & Performance Projects
* Lead and managing a variety of human resources projects aimed at improving HR processes and systems, enhancing employee experience, and supporting organizational goals
Job Offer
A competitive salary offering between 22,000AED Per month- 25,000AED Per month + Benefits

Requirements:
The Successful candidate will have / be
* Min of: 7+ years of experience in HR.
* Experience in retail related industry is preferred
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
* Strong knowledge of HR theories, models, and best practices
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
Qualification
* Bachelor's degree in business management or human resources
* Professional HR certificate e.g., SHRM, CIPD
* Existing relationships with HR consultancy firms
