HR Recruiter

Job description / Role

The Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we'd like to meet you.

They are generally responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 100,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Other certifications obtained: N/A
Specialist knowledge: Well spoken in English is a must, performing interviews, performing background checks.
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good negotiator, people skills,
Age Range: 18+
Gender Preference: Male or Female
Language Fluency: English
