Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a HR Services Manager to contribute and support the regional requirements for Human Resources across the key HR and Operation’s Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and provide support for major HR project plans covering people and organisational challenges, setting and agreeing targets, and ensuring targets are achieved, such projects to include Recruitment / Resourcing, Attrition, high mobility activity and HR process improvement.
- Provide coaching and support for HR leaders and HR teams ‘in country’, confirming they have the knowledge, tools and information to deliver as per MEI Regional and Group requirements and strategy.
- Ensure that key HR indicators are reviewed and highlighted for ‘in country’ HR leaders, such as budget tracking, vacancy management (actual vs forecast) and specific HR related country indicators, which are identified as positive or anomalies for the region.
- Ensure that policies, guidelines and frameworks are followed as prescribed by the C&B Group team, manage through the Country HR teams. Inclusive of annual performance contracts, grading alignment and packaging / benefits.
- Ensure Regional teams are aligned and deliver the requirements for the Group Talent reviews from ratings through to targeted performance, succession plans and ongoing activity updates.
- Provide workforce analysis by collecting and receiving related workforce planning data for both Frontline and Corporate employees as per each Regional Country; defining blockers and solutions.
- Coordinate and collate the annual Performance Contract Objective Settings for the senior regional teams and the Country Management teams, working close with regional compensation and benefits team
- Coordination of the Regional Bonus program roll-out and associated administration, under the direction of the Regional Comp & Ben team
- Ensure that all Regional countries are adhering and complying with the defined Grading structure and role evaluation processes
- Track the Strategic Recruitment both vacancies and hiring ensuring they are budgeted and with approval for grades, headcount and cost as per the Group and Region Compensation & Benefits framework
- Ongoing updating and management of HR related data through the various HR, Operations and Sales systems, including My Career, HRIS and the Hub
- Generation and submission of Regional HR reporting, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Review month on month HR budget tracking ‘Actual Versus Forecasted’, surfacing anomalies and setting meetings to gain feedback on such discrepancies for the HR Leads within each Country.
- Collation and report generation of employee Exit Survey’s as per the Group and Regional process

Requirements

- University degree in Human Resources / Administration or related qualifications from a recognized institute / university
- CIPD or similar certification and recognition
- Minimum of 5+ years generalist HR experience, within the Middle East ideally
- Previous experience working in a large regional MNC within a highly diverse and multicultural environment
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
