Charterhouse is working with a global strategic consulting firm who provide advisory services and organise large scale, impactful conferences, ceremonies and forums across the GCC. Our client is currently looking for a Human Resources Specialist on a 3 Month Contract. Due to this position being a Temporary Contract, it is essential that the applicant has their own Visa / on a spouse or family Visa.
The HR Specialist will be the main point of contact supporting all employees across the business globally. As the HR Specialist, you will work in a stand-alone position, handling employee relations and developing strong relationships embracing a team work approach.
This is a varied HR role that will take on the responsibility of all aspects of the Human Resources function including HR administration, recruitment and onboarding, ensuring the company policies and procedures are compliant, performance and people management whilst handling the full employment lifecycle of employees in the Middle East.
To be considered for this role, the candidate must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of the UAE employment law. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
You must be keen to take on a challenging position and be able to handle diverse situations with confidence along with ability to multi-task under demanding deadlines. The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English. The applicant will need to be on their own Visa or be on a Spouse / Family Visa.
