Position Title: HR Specialist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A fast-growing quick service restaurant in the UAE
Job Description:
• Develop and execute effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees seamlessly
• Conduct new employee orientations to familiarize them with company policies, culture, and job expectations
• Handle full process of recruitment and support operations team
• Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and conflicts promptly and professionally
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and other perks, to ensure employee satisfaction and retention
Requirements
Qualifications:
• At least 2-3 years of F&B or QSR experience
• Expert in UAE Labor Law
• Handle all HR related functions such as training, recruitment, performance appraisals, KPI, payroll, employee relations, and the like
