Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a leading Dubai based oil and gas operator we are looking to recruit a HSE Manager-Compliance and Systems.
Reporting to the Head of HSE you will be responsible for providing leadership, advice and guidance on health, medical, safety, security, environment and business risk management with a focus on minimizing operational risk achieving best practice and maintaining external certifications.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be degree educated in engineering, a member of a HSE related professional body, have a recognised HSE qualification (NEBOSH certificate or diploma) 15 years operational experience of major hazard installations including substantial experience in a senior HSE role preferably with international content, recent oil and gas experience, able to review and develop HSE tools, processes and policies, developing and implementing HSE management systems and experience of managing ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 and experience of carrying out investigations following incidents or near misses.
