JOB TITLE: HSE SUPERVISOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Organize the regular HSE meetings and drill at well site.
- Ensure that HSE activities are properly recorded.
- Monitor and follow up on the HSE statistics.
- Focus on the HSE aspects of all the other Contractors and sub-contractors of company.
- Main focal point of incident / accident investigation.
- Write bridging document, Emergency response plan and implement at the rig site in coordination with drilling team.
- Implement the Work Permit system in place at the well site.
- Conduct regular HSE inspections at his well site, document the action plan and follow up on the corrective actions.
- Carry out regular road inspections and report any observation to make the driving safe on the road to the rig.
- Monitor incident / accident in the field and report them as per company's reporting procedures.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent at University level
- 5 years of experience in HSE activities in the Drilling field and some experience with international companies.
- Previous experience in similar job is highly appreciated
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of computer applications (word, excel, or equivalent)
