Human Capital function within Majid Al Futtaim Group plays an integral part in supporting the businesses’ people strategy and offers professional HR support and guidance to each area of the organization.
To keep the business ball rolling and provide people insights for the ever growing employee family at Majid Al Futtaim Retail - Carrefour, we are currently recruiting for a “Human Capital Information System (HCIS) Analyst” to provide close support to the Human Capital function by leading on HCIS. The purpose of the role is to create competitive advantages through meaningful analytics.

At this role, you will be handling below mentioned responsibilities, but not limited to.
- You will coordinate the resolution of vendor problems and ensure personnel actions are in compliance with current Human Capital and Finance policies and guidelines.
- You will be responsible for developing data-led insights for all internal stakeholders, understanding business requirements and translate them into data outputs.
- Coordinate with the Head of Departments on technical issues arising in HC information system.
- Align with the Finance department for Payroll processing report validation and support.
- Support the country Human Capital team during store opening and maintaining the accuracy of HCIS.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, detect, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies.
Requirements

As an ideal candidate you are passionate about work, self-motivated, results driven and able to demonstrate the core values of the Group.
Have excellent technical and HR/HC system knowledge and hands on experience.
A degree in Human Capital or Human Resource or.
Aware of country’s laws, rules and regulations related to employees (hmmm….very important!!!).
And of course, 2-3 years’ experience in the related field as HR Information or Management Systems as HRIS Coordinator or Analyst; in Retail industry being an added advantage.
