Job description / Role
My client, a leading interior fit out contractor is seeking an HR manager to join their business.
- Reporting to the General Manager
- Setting up ERP systems
- Implement new policies and procedures
- Based in Head Office
- Bring company up to speed with HR protocol
Salary around 20-25,000 AED + standard benefits
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following profile:
- Female (Age 30-45)
- Degree holder in the relevant subject
- Further education such as CIPD (advantage but not essential)
- Previously implemented HR policies and procedures
- Worked directly with top-level management
