Job Description:
• Spearhead the development and enhancement of HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal requirements, industry best practices, and organizational goals.
• Participate in strategic workforce planning initiatives to anticipate future staffing needs and address talent gaps.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and professional development plans.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and school policies.

Salary: up to 20K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic and Indian nationalities
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 5 years of HR experience in the same role in a school setting
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and UAE Labor Laws
