Human Resources Director (Mandarin Speaking)

Guildhall is representing a leading MCN (Multinational Communication Network) company is seeking a talented and experienced HR Director to join our team. As the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the HR department, ensuring the attraction, retention, and development of top-tier talent within the industry.

Your Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee all HR functions, encompassing recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
- Ensure strict compliance with HR laws and regulations.
- Establish efficient onboarding systems for new staff, ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture and workflows.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment fostering employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and talent management strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct regular assessments of HR programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements

Your Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Great Mandarin and English skills.
- Experience or knowledge of streaming media or media. For example: Tiktok, Insta, etc.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience in Middle East.
- Profound knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HR strategies and programs.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with senior management and other stakeholders.
