Job description / Role
This role is a full time position for one of the leading Multinational recruitment businesses in the world, providing recruitment and human resources services across 239 offices in 33 countries globally.
If you are looking to pursue a career in HR, we have a great opportunity for you! In the HR Graduate programme, you’ll have the opportunity to gain exposure to various elements of Human Resources in support of the HR team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide office support to our HR team
• HR Reporting
• Responsible for the processing and renewal of all visas and regulatory documents regarding employees
• Creation and maintenance of all employee files
• Complete system audits of HR information
• Support training sessions by preparing materials
• As needed, provide backup coverage for HR Business Partner
Requirements
• Graduate Degree / background within the Human Resources field
• Ideally have a Parent/Spouse or Student visa
• Strong customer service orientation, and excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organization / prioritization skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
