Energy Trading, Marketing and Infrastructure Company - Dubai
In-house Legal Counsel
A growing Global Energy Trading, Marketing and Infrastructure Company based in Dubai is seeking an in house lawyer to handle all company legal matters and coordinate with external legal advisors on larger projects. The lawyer will report directly to the CEO and will be involved in all aspects of the company’s activities – aviation services, logistics, fuel supply and trading and oil storage and distribution.
Requirements
You will have at least 3-5 years PQE working in either a more junior in-house role or as an associate with a major law firm.
Qualified in English law with strong commercial drafting skills, you will be looking for a role that offers more responsibility and breadth of activity.
You will be a self-starter, able to deliver opinions quickly and turn around drafts with speed. As well as commercial contract matters, you will be expected to handle all litigation, compliance and regulatory issues and take on Company secretarial responsibilities.
