Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a well-established client in the healthcare sector. Our client is looking to hire an In-house Paralegal to work within the business. The company employ 250-300 people and have a market leading reputation.
The role will be a stand-alone position, reporting directly to the CEO. You will liaise with external counsel who will be responsible for complex issues, however the business require someone who can draft, review and amend various corporate / commercial agreements in-house. There will also be aspects of general Employment work.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years legal experience in the UAE. You must be bilingual (Arabic & English) with a good background handling corporate / commercial agreements. You should be confident drafting with minimal supervision and working closely with an external Lawyer. Arabic language skills are essential.
