In-House Senior Litigation Lawyer

Job description / Role

Our Client, a leading company in the UAE, is looking for an in-house, Arabic speaking, Senior Litigation Lawyer to join their growing team in Dubai.

In this role, you will assist the Board with meetings, agendas and presentations and assist in high level communications in Arabic between Senior Executives and Clients. You'll also take the lead on all company Litigation issues that may arise, including any Arabic/English language agreements and Labor Law issues, in addition to supporting M&A transactions in the region.

Requirements

In order to apply for this position, you must have a minimum of 10+ years practicing Law, in addition to local market exposure with ideally law firm and in-house experience. You must have a Masters degree in Law, ideally western educated and bilingual Arabic/English is essential.
