About the job:
At each event we offer businesses the opportunity to attend, meet, interact and learn from industry leaders and innovators. We bring together decision makers from a certain industry _seeking to overcome challenges in their organizations_ with solution providers. As an Inbound Telesales Executive, you will be handling the inbound sales and enquiries coming from potential delegates who would like to attend our events. As an Inbound Telesales Executives you are responsible for selling delegate passes of IQPC conferences to senior level executives of public and private sector companies. It is a result oriented job where you will be in charge of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities that come with the position:
• Attending meetings with event producers on the intellectual content and unique selling points of different upcoming events
• Pitching to clients over the phone and applying IQPC sales methodology in order to close a sale
• Registering daily activity on the company CRM
• Preparing sales contracts in order to develop long term business relationships with client and ensure repeat business.

Requirements

• University Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree
• Nature and length of previous experience: Previous experience in delegate sales and telesales is a plus

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
• A can-do attitude to reach required targets.
• Impeccable communication skills.
• A strong ability to close sales over the phone.
• Interpersonal skills as well as the will and ability to cooperate with employees from other departments and managerial levels.
• A tenacious and resilient personality.
• Language Fluency: English
• Current Location: UAE or any of the other GCC countries

Required competencies for the position:
