Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident management process
• Producing management information, including KPIs and reports
• Monitoring the effectiveness of incident management and making recommendations for improvement
• Developing and maintaining the incident management system
• Driving, developing, managing and maintaining the major incident process and associated procedures
• Reviewing and auditing the process
• Ensuring that all IT teams follow the incident management process for every incident
• Leading the Tier 1 team of Service Desk Analysts
• This individual will play the process manager role of:
• Incident Manager (For the NOC, it must be understood that incident management is a cross organization process and not simply a service desk process.)

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• ITIL Foundation Certified
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
• Excellent Communication Skills
