In house Legal Counsel - Construction & Commercial focus

Dubai
A leading company, located in the UAE, is presently seeking a legal counsel with a focus on construction transactional matters in the UAE.
The company is one of the leading national companies in the region that has numerous joint ventures with overseas conglomerates.
The have been established for a number of years and have developed an impressive portfolio of work within the contracting business with an emphasis on high level real estate, construction, infrastructure, engineering, overseas projects. Legal counsel will ideally have prior exp in these sectors.
Requirements
The role is a legal counsel position with a particular emphasis on the corporate and M&A sectors. In House Corporate counsel will be expected to have a strong focus on all aspects of corporate and commercial work in the UAE including, but not limited to:
- Joint Ventures
- Construction Contracts
- High level projects
- Merger and Acquisitions
- Overseas transactional work
- High level commercial work
All In house lawyers will have gathered a number of year's exposure prior to their application.
