Job description / Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Clerk to support quote requests, promote the image of Hillebrand, support the optimisation of productivity and effectiveness of the inside sales team, ensure excellent and responsive customer service to external and internal customers, support securing of business opportunities.
• Working closely with Operations and Sales team colleagues
• Handling quotation requests
• Preparing customer quotations
• Maintenance of Global CRM database and QRS
• Participation in structured telephone and mail marketing campaigns
• Customer negotiations to achieve competitive cost structures
• Liaising with sales and commercial staff, network colleagues and vendors
• The above duties are not an exhaustive list. The job holder may be required to undertake additional duties as the needs of the business dictate.
