Job description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to play a critical role in building and growing our EMEA client base.

Our ideal candidate has a (GSD) Get Stuff Done attitude with a sixth sense in identifying opportunities and turning them into results.
Ultimately, we are looking for someone that has a passion for Sales, Customer Success and standing out from the crowd and has a proven track record for achieving sales quotas.

You will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Source New Sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and customer service calls
- Understand how to identify customer needs and requirements
- Superior Customer Service
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs
- Answering inbound calls and handle general sales enquiries or transferring to the relevant dept.
- Entering data and relevant information accurately into our internal software and CRM.
- Assist with ad-hoc admin and sales activities
- Develop a robust pipeline of new business with high conversion rates
- Work in partnership with the technology team to ensure the voice of the customer is at the front of what we do
- Prepare client proposals and manage all client communication effectively
- Manage all aspects of on-boarding new customers, including integration and customer training (training provided).
- Respond to inbound requests and collaborate internally to resolve technical issues, billing/collections issues, and other account-related issues from customers
- Confidence and skills in presentation, communication and negotiation
- Experience in completing data analysis and evaluating opportunities
- Ability to successfully build rapport understand client needs and articulate product benefits
- Ability to self-motivate and to work autonomously


Skills Required
- Strong selling background and an ability to build relationships
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Professional call manner and call handling skills
- Have previous experience in Customer/Sales focused role
- Ability to work in a team
- High level of energy with a can-do proactive attitude
- Ability to handle pressure
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of CRM management and navigation (preferably Hubspot)
