Our client, a multinational IT company is currently working with DHA hospitals and has fantastic job opportunity for more than 10 Arabic Speaking Insurance Coordinators. The ideal candidate must have experience with insurance approvals in a hospital environment based in the UAE.
Requirements
The insurance coordinator must have the following skills:
- Determine eligibility and coverage based on insurance cards, schedule of benefits, payer websites and other insurance company resources
- Timely follow up with patients in terms of patient share due, insurance coverage and exclusions
- Determine patient share and estimate insurance portion of final bill
- Experience with submission and re submission
- Knowledge on Medical Billing terminology
- Good understanding UAE healthcare insurance RCM
- Previous experience as insurance officer or insurance coordinator in UAE hospital provider
