Job description / Role
Our client, a well-reputed healthcare organisation is urgently seeking an insurance officer to be based in Abu Dhabi for a 3 month contract position. The selected candidate must be available immediately and must be on husband's/father's sponsorship.
The Insurance Officer will be working with the Finance and Insurance teams with daily operations, with the main goal to improve efficiency and accuracy of Billing processes.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Enter insurance information into billing software
- Ensure accurate coding of all ordered tests
- Send written correspondence to clients for missing or inaccurate information
- Submit claims
- Investigate rejections or over payments
Requirements
- Must be available immediately or within one week.
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi.
- Must be on Father's/Husband's sponsored visa.
- Excellent communication skills.
