Halian International is working on behalf of the largest Laboratory organisation in the UAE, working to find a UAE National Insurance Officer to be based in Abu Dhabi.
This is a spotlight role within a growing team and a company that is looking to invest in people futures.
The Insurance Officer will be working with the Finance and Insurance teams with daily operations, with the main goal to improve efficiency and accuracy of Billing processes.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Enter insurance information into billing software
- Ensure accurate coding of all ordered tests
- Send written correspondence to clients for missing or inaccurate information
- Submit claims
- Investigate rejections or over payments
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- 1+ years work experience in similar field
- UAE National – Passport and Family Book
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in Multicultural environment
