Jam Recruitment is currently on the look out of a Senior level Insurance Lawyer who is presently considering options in Dubai, UAE.
The client is a leading UK international law firm that has a strong client facing focus and an excellent Insurance arm globally.
They are ideally looking to bring someone on board who can harness their considerable portfolio of client sin the region. So whereas most Partnership positions require a dedicated book of business this role relies on the candidate to have a proven track record of working an maintain clients as opposed to guaranteeing they can come with them.
However the client is expecting candidates to have a stellar background in both education and within an international law firm. Insurance Partner will be expected to have worked on high level insurance matters in the GCC.
The client is offering a step up to Partnership (or come and join an established team) in order to make sure they attract the right calibre of candidate.
The role is tagged at an international salary but if you did have some client that would join with you this would, of course, increase the requested salary.
