Job description / Role

In this exciting role you will be responsible for handling the Middle East Global Supply Chain group transformation through the creation of a combined and attainable set of distribution obligations. This will include the combination of the vital Global Supply Chain projects in the group, market entry, and new merchandise introduction as well as compliance undertakings.
Job Scope:
• Develop and manage the overall Global Supply Chain Middle East group renovation that includes the integration of Supply Chain projects, market entry and compliance activity tracking
• Lead projects review
• Ensure that all the projects in the transformation map are logged in with clear financial benefits, resources and milestones
• Support project managers in the cluster to follow the CVP process and set up a robust project management toolkit to run projects effectively
• Support project managers to set up financial tracking of individual projects
• Consolidate financial benefits for all the projects in the cluster and report
• Ensure resources are logged in for all the projects supported by GSC ME team
• Owns resource planning to support project prioritisation decisions
• Manage the programme risk and issues log and action list
• Supports ME/KSA supply chain manager to prepare for key delivery meetings
• The integration manager has to develop a coherent and integrated roadmap to deliver the transformation programme in the Middle East group.
This includes
• Construction of a new plant in KSA and setting up the new supply chain to support the new operating model
• Switch over the entire KSA portfolio to Gr II base oil formulations due to a refinery upgrade
• Country market entries that requires setting up a new supply chain to support the new operating model
• Marine optimization
• Given the interdependency with external parties for some of these projects, the Senior project manager needs to develop a robust risk and mitigation plan to ensure the programme is delivered.

Requirements
• University degree, MBA, BBA or relevant professional experience
• Prince II accredited or similar would be preferable
• Business change specialist with experience of managing transformation programmes
• Experience of supporting complex project / portfolio environments within a large, multi-site business
• Strong knowledge of best practice project, programme and portfolio management
Project planning expertise including experience & proficiency in:
• Timescale and dependency management
• Financial management and tracking
• Change management / control processes
• Risk and issue management
• Experience in managing supply chain projects is preferable
• Good understanding of financial concepts
• Excellent analytical skills, must be numerically proficient
• Ability to build relationships with and influence senior leadership and key business stakeholders
• Must be able to manage multiple/conflicting priorities, with a strong track record of delivery
• Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written
• Flexibility and adaptability - able to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Good understanding of available financial information and understands how to extract that from system
