We have a great opportunity for an Interior Architect to join our client, a successful independent design studio based in Dubai. They carry out high-end residential projects in a variety of styles in numerous countries.

Due to an increase in the number of projects they have taken on they are looking for a talented individual who can create innovative and functional design solutions that enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of interior spaces to join their team.

Working hours:
• Monday to Friday
• 9.00am - 6.00 pm or 8.00am - 5.00pm

The successful Interior Architect will be offered:
• 10,000 AED - 20,000 AED (depending on experience and level of skill)

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and present design proposals, including sketches, and 3D renderings, to communicate design concepts effectively
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with the design concept and meet the project budget and timeline
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of the design vision
• Conduct on-site visits to monitor the progress of construction, address any design-related issues, and ensure quality control

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Must already be based in Dubai
• 4 years of experience as an Interior Architect
• UAE driving license and access to own car
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
