Job description / Role
One of Dubai’s leading interior design consultancies who handles high-end residential, royal palaces and commercial projects is looking to grow their team by hiring an Interior Architect/Design Manager who will be responsible for handling the complete client journey from interior design concept to completion whilst also overseeing the showroom, managing designers and ensuring clients have the best possible experience.
This role would suit a designer who has an architectural mind and who can advise on the design and layout of kitchens, interiors, lighting and can help clients achieve their ideal space. As a post graduate from an Arts / Interior Design background, you’ll have at least 5 years’ experience of the international residential marketplace. Meticulous with detail you’ll need an eye for colour and design and be happy to work with a variety of styles. You’ll have excellent client facing and presentation skills along with experience leading and mentoring other designers, sales staff, etc. As well as the ability to ensure the showroom is a show piece for the brand.
Requirements
You will be expected to monitor and manage the projects through to installation, liaising with the technical design team. You will have experience in working with Autocad, Winner, Fortune, Chief Architect or similar software packages as well as be someone that is highly organised, creative and can lead a business to achieve financial results.
