Internal Audit Manager

Job description / Role

AED 25,000 to AED 30,000 per month, depending on experience

Our client is a Global Multinational company and they are urgently seeking an Internal Audit Manager.

As the Internal Audit Manager, you will be working in the Business Risk Services division and responsibilities will include:-
- Develop and manage the annual / monthly / weekly plan for various types of projects
- Develop, supervise and manage all the stages of the project covering the following:
Prepare the cost budget for each project before starting the assignment and ensure of the team understanding of its limitations and objectives:
- Planning
- Setting the work strategy
- Developing detailed work programs
- Monitoring the field work
- Review of field work out puts and working papers
- Writing the final report
- Manage discussions with clients

- Develop detailed work program before starting the assignment
- Report to the Director the daily / weekly / progress for all projects
- Ensure of the quality of performance of the team for all projects
- Present final deliverables to the Partner and the client management
- Provide on job training for the team
- Preparation of proposals for potential clients
- Manage and monitors the utilization of the team

Requirements

- 10 years in internal audit profession
- Preference will be given to individuals with International experience
- BIG 4 experience is preferred but not essential
- Bachelor of Commerce / Business Administration
- Solid background about internal controls, risk management, and accounting
- Very good in both English and Arabic languages (reading, writing and speaking)
- Very good user of Microsoft office applications
- Excellent reporting skills
- Good presentation skills
