Job description / Role
Must be familiar with working in Internal Communications department. Role includes setup of the Internal communications function and strategy, designs appropriate policies and procedures, develops various initiatives and drives, builds communication capabilities with the Line Managers, implementing various employee engagement initiatives, etc
Requirements
Must be a UAE National, Male or female, Minimum 10 years experience in Communications, should have a Degree in Mass Communication or similar. should have a minimum of 5 years experience of working in 'Internal Communications.
