Job description / Role
Inspire Selection is searching for a TEMP/Contractor, ARABIC SPEAKER with an audit/compliance background.
Salary is AED 20-25k / month plus flight allowance, medical insurance, visa.
Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical related business. The role reports to the Compliance Director.
Responsibilities
Compliance:
• Embed Compliance Culture across all Regions of the business ensuring Integrity in Action is actively applied in all initiatives.
• Ensure the business adopts a culture of ethics and compliance; leading by example and appropriately challenging non-compliance.
• Ensure adherence to policies relating to Ethics and Compliance standards
• Assist in implementing SOP’s and polices in the countries
• Support country managers with self-inspection activities to ensure processes and workflows are in accordance with standardised SOP’s and policies
• Responsible for gathering corrective action responses and provide feedback to management team and country managers
• Initiate corrective measures to resolve issues identified during self inspection
• Documenting processes as requested by management team
• Create reports documenting findings, comments and internal control weaknesses from walkthrough exercise
• Identify opportunities where processes can be standardised across the countries
• Risk identification
Requirements
• Arabic speaker
• Candidates must be able to join immediately as this is a 9 month contract (no guarantee it will become permanent)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Qualification in an analytical discipline such as finance, legal, medical or similar
• Experience within an audit or compliance
• Ideally from Big 4
• Aged 27-34
• Must be keen to travel up to 90% of the time throughout the region and into Africa
