Job description / Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to adult patients, diagnosing and treating a wide range of health conditions, and promoting overall wellness. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, medical histories, and assessments of patients
- Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work, X-rays, and MRIs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including medication management and lifestyle interventions
- Provide counseling and education to patients regarding their health and well-being
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as specialists, nurses, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research activities, and continuing medical education to enhance clinical knowledge and skills
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice, including patient confidentiality and informed consent
Salary:
AED
45,000 to 95,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
- Medical degree
- Specialisation degree
- Proven experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of adult health conditions
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on patient-centered care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
