Quest Resources LLC, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our esteemed team as an HR and Resourcing Intern. Key Responsibilities:

- Support consultants with live assignments, including candidate registration, database searches, and administrative duties.
- Conduct candidate registrations and interviews to ensure a smooth experience for all candidates.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial briefing to offer acceptance.
- Manage candidate correspondence via verbal, written, and email channels.
- Comprehend candidate qualification criteria and communicate requirements effectively.
- Generate leads to bolster the recruitment team's initiatives.
- Familiarize yourself with Quest's background, solutions, and recruitment strategies.
- Adhere to Quest's terms of business and services.
- Collaborate on vacancies with split fees and strive to meet team targets.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
